Our Services

I offer the following treatments:

Initial injury assessment
Return assessment  
Sports massage 
Deep tissue massage 

All treatments are 60 minutes and are charged at £35. 
Due to COVID 19 restrictions I ask that you provide your own towels and enough space for my table. 
For injury assessments depending on what the ailment is we need some space for rehab/a yoga mat also. 

Don’t forget I come to you and treat you in your home making life that little bit easier for you.

My method

I am a registered Sports Rehabilitator and sports therapist. I completed my Sports Therapy HND at Glasgow College of Nautical Studies and my BSc Honours degree at University of Cumbria. 

I am therefore able to treat most injuries including post-op surgeries including total knee and hip replacement. 

I encompass an array of treatment methods for your rehabilitation including Soft Tissue Release Therapy, cupping and Dry Needling to relieve the tension from muscles and other soft tissue including the fascia layer which surrounds your muscles to enable you to feel great, more movement and free of the tension, tightness and strain. 

My rehabilitation programmes are created based on your stage of recovery, lifestyle, work life - all tailored to you! 

I can offer a mixture of treatments too- you pay for my time not my treatments -this can be discussed during the consultation before I begin treatment .
